RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBLE items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY!!. Returns must be made within 15 days of the shipment delivery date. DELAMOR F.A.B BOUTIQUE will not accept any returns after 15 days.
Returned items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear & tear) with all DELAMOR F.A.B BOUTIQUE and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not honour or issue any credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution center (Address will be disclosed to you via email) or returned in-person if you are in the METRO ATLANTA GA area (Address will be disclosed to you via your email). Please keep in mind that in-person returns will be issued store credit, which can be used on next purchase. *No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office without prior Agreement by the proper delegate….. i.e The owner, a Manger or Supervisor*. We also recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, because lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.

EXCHANGES

We DO NOT DO exchanges (unless on exceptional basis, which would be determined by the appropriate delegate), because our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. So to limit any further inconvenience, simply return your package by following our return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return item(s). At which time you may use the store credit towards the correct item/size you desire, or another item of your choice.

** Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the reason for RETURN is due to an error on our part, at which point, send us a clear copy of your shipping receipt, and we will issue a store credit to you for that shipping amount). A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery due to a change of mind on ordered item(s) or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.

**  ALL BODYSUITS, LINGERIE, SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE GARMENTS, SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS **

** ALL ITEMS ENDING IN $.90, $.95, $.99 QUALIFY AS FINAL SALE ITEMS, as well as ALL BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS, LINGERIES and UNDER GARMENTS. ALL THESE PRODUCT ITEMS ARE *NON-RETURNABLE*.

DAMAGED ITEMS

ALL DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED VIA EMAIL (info@delamorfabboutique.com) WITHIN 48hrs, after receipt of your order package delivery.

For all damaged items, please fill out the ‘FILL OUT FORM’ that is included in your delivery package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit and you can repurchase the item if desired or any other item of your choice. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for any RETURN packages that get lost in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount PAID of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return fee you spent. Please Note that we can only reimburse you a maximum of $10.00 USD on SHIPPING charges. You MUST include proof of return shipping charges spent in your return package or send us prove of shipping charges receipt via email to (clientcare@delamorfabboutique.com; INCLUDE your email address, Order Number and Phone number), in order to get reimbursed for the shipping charges you paid on the return damaged item(s)

SHOE RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from DELAMOR F.A.B BOUTIQUE. SO, if for any ELIGIBLE reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns in up to 15 days after purchase ONLY if the following conditions are met:

All items must be unworn and in it’s original state
All Items must be in their original packaging.
You must include a copy of the original invoice (or COMPLETED FILLED OUT FORM) when returning
** Please note if you choose to return shoes in person, the return will still be honoured via digital gift card which you can use when shoes become available again or on any other product item on our site.

RETURNS IN PERSON

For all qualifying IN PERSON RETURNS, A location will be agreed upon with you via email (METRO ATLANTA GA AREA only)
All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts and accessories) with tags attached, and in UN-USED state. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We do not accept RETURNS on any “SALE” ITEMS or FINAL SALE ITEMS (i.e Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Lingerie, UnderGarments …… etc)
Upon returning the item, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card code to use on next purchase.

RETURN BY MAIL

Please fill out our return slip and include a copy or your original packing slip with item(s) being returned circled. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached and in UN-USED state. Items must be unworn, un-stained and unwashed. We do not accept RETURNS on “SALE” items or FINAL SALE ITEMS (i.e Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Lingerie, UnderGarments …… etc)
All return shipping charges must be PREPAID. (We ONLY reimburse prepaid shipping fees on “WRONG ITEM SENT and DAMAGE PRODUCT SENT”). Please keep a copy of the return tracking information for your records. DELAMOR F.A.B BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages.

BOUTIQUE CREDIT

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued boutique credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Boutique credit consists of your final purchase price and tax amount (if applicable).
