SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICY
In order to ensure your package is delivered properly, and you receive your shipment in a timely manner, Please make sure your address is entered correctly. Use proper abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly as well. We will not take responsibility for any incident(s) resulting from the incorrect entry of any information required from you.
Please Note: If the package is returned/non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus 25% restock fee and any shipping charge. So please make sure to double check all information entries.
** Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments delivery from DELAMOR F.A.B. BOUTIQUE, you will be held responsible for the ‘original shipping charges’, ‘the cost of returning the package back to us’ (if applicable), and a ‘25% restocking fee’. These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund and A store credit will be issued for the balance.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service.
DELAMOR F.A.B BOUTIQUE will not be held liable for any packages that states ‘delivered’. We do not issue refund for packages that state ‘delivered’ by post courier but not received.

For Domestic shipments, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date order is shipped out, as per your tracking information, not necessarily from date your order is placed.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally, unless you select ‘Express Shipping). Your shipping cost will be displayed at point of checkout. We also offer overnight Express shipping within the USA via FedEx or UPS for $20.00 ON ORDERS UNDER $150, AND ALL ORDERS ABOVE $150 IN NEED OF EXPRESS SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO WEIGHT .
